Our Process: From Planning to Show Night
1)
Pre-Event Consultation
We meet with you or your planning team to understand your event timeline, venue, audience size, and fundraising goals. We’ll ask about speaker transitions, video playback, remote participants, and more so we can design an AV plan that works.
2)
Customized Equipment Plan
Based on your program and space, we build a clean, reliable setup using professional sound, projection, and lighting equipment. If your event has special needs (live music, outdoor space, hybrid viewers), we account for all of it.

Setup & Testing
Our crew arrives early to set up, test equipment, rehearse transitions, and make sure everything works: mics, media, walk-up music, slides, lights, and more.

Live Event Support
During the event, we stay on-site to manage audio levels, cue visuals, assist presenters, and troubleshoot issues in real time. We coordinate quietly with your planner or emcee to keep the program running smoothly.

Breakdown & Post-Event Support
After the final cue, we break down quickly and respectfully. If your event includes next-day events or multi-part programming, we’ll adjust our timeline and staffing as needed.
