We wanted a special outdoor event for our chorus (Rainbow Women’s Chorus) to gather after so many months apart, to see a video presentation of the virtual choir concert we produced. We set up in parking lot of CampbellUCC and it was a fantastic event. The sound was good, projector was super clear and high quality. X-Treme Audio Visual were super to work with. Arrived on time, set up and made sure everything was perfect for our event. Highly recommend!

It’s the 11th hour of your event planning and you’re frantic. You take to Google search. X-Treme pops up. Ok, sounds extreme, but I get it. Let’s check it out. The website gives you small business feels, and I love that. “I’m going to talk to a real human I think”. Well I did. It was Geoff! He responded to his online inquiry form right away. He called me the next day and walked through everything. I’m always armored with 10 questions and this was no exception. Being a local favorite, he already know my venue. I’m really happy I contacted X-treme and their prices were very reasonable. You can get your slideshow done for sub $500, or splurge on the biggest and best outputs for still sub-$1,000. I hope to work with them in the near future.

I was amazed at X-Treme Audio Visual responsiveness to my emails and calls while figuring out the set up for our event in Fresno, CA. We rented 2 screens from X-Treme Audio Visual for our event this past weekend. Richard, the AV technician was on-site for the whole event and did a wonderful job making sure the program ran smoothly. We had no technical issues the whole night! I highly recommend them for your next event. Professional and dependable.

We rented some AV equipment for a funeral service from X-Treme. X-Treme Audio Visual were great. They were at the location proactively early to make sure to do the setup to our needs. Leslie were so amazing! My non-profit organization rented from AV rentals for a movie night for kids in the community. They had come even earlier than expected and came to pick it up at the end of the night with no problems. They had constant communication and gave us a great price for everything! Definitely recommend for your next event!!
